Email Quarantine

Email Quarantine (coming soon)

Currently we allow customers a variety of options for how to treat spam and bad attachments.  These include the ability to tag the subject, delete the email, or forward it to an alternative mailbox.

Email quarantine adds a new option to these by allowing bad attachments and spam to be stored on our servers.

Common scenarios for email quarantine:

  • Block all bad attachment types and notify user
  • Block known or potential virus attachments and notify user
  • Stop spam from being delivered
  • Daily reports on what email is in the users quarantine
  • Notify after a certain number of messages has been blocked

All of these scenarios will work with our new email quarantine system.

Less administration of spam

Are you tired of users asking you if an email is stuck in the spam filter?
This is a very common admin problem with spam.  Our system sends daily emails (configurable) to the users with an embedded link to their queue.  If they want an email to be released, they just check the box next to it and press release.  The email is put back in the queue and is delivered to them in minutes.

Let your users build your whitelists

If an email is blocked, and the user wishes this email to always be passed through the filter they can request it right from their quarantine interface.

The request is then added to your account for an administrator to approve

If the admin rejects the request they may optionally tell the user why they are not going to allow it right through the admin panel.

Password management included

No administrator wants to add a new password manager to their list of things to worry about.  Users control their passwords, and forgotten passwords all from the same quarantine control panel.

If a user forgets their password it is sent to the email account.  The user then only has to check their email to see the password.
