Managed spam filter service reseller program

The Emerald Spam Shield reseller program extends the sales of our managed spam filter service through a variety of ways.  This reseller program provides a way for third-party resellers to become direct and indirect marketers and sellers of the Emerald Spam Shield service and is a flexible option for those wanting to generate larger profits.

Many companies refer to this as a third party spam filter (or 3rd party spam filtering) system.  What this really means is that we are an offsite spam filter that works between spammers and the target mail servers.  This can be your mail server, or your customers.

How the reseller program works

We offer three levels of reseller programs for the Emerald Spam Shield filter service.  We work closely with each of our resellers and can design a program that meets your particular needs.

Managed Reseller - Do you maintain servers for your customers and would like a way to offer a managed spam filter service?  Or perhaps you are an IT service company that handles the management of a companies mail server?

Our managed reseller program provides a unique way for you to sell our spam filter at a deep discount to your customers.  You can pass that savings along, or pocket the difference as your fee for managing the spam filter for your customer.

In order to qualify as a managed reseller you must either manage the servers or host the email for a company domain.  We cannot filter individual mailboxes.  Our settings and policies are managed at the domain level.

There is only one restriction on our managed reseller program.  YOU must also use our service.  You must signup and maintain one domain.  This is to ensure that you know what your customers are going through and can easily solve any problems the user may be having.  There are no other minimums, or signup fees to participate in this program at this time.

How to get started as a managed reseller

All managed resellers must sign up with the COUPON:  MANAGEDRESELLER 

As an added bonus all managed resellers receive 20% off the fees for their own account.

After signup the coupon code will alert our sales staff to contact you with more information.  We convert your account to a reseller account and issue you your own coupon code.  If you are not a managed reseller your account fee will be refunded and the account closed.

Each customer then signs up for a new account (just like normal).  During signup your customers use your unique coupon code and all your customers see that you are their reseller.  We are working on a reseller control panel as well.

Billing
For managed resellers we bill you, and you bill your customer.  That gives you the flexibility to add your value services on to the amount we billed you.

Restrictions
By signing up as a managed reseller you are forbidden from sending spam advertising our service.  Any reseller caught sending an email advertising our service will be banned from our servers, and charged $250 per incident.  This program is only if you have existing relationships with the companies to manage their email systems.
